Our employability services support participants across Scotland to build aspiration, motivation and self-confidence while developing key employability skills. We currently deliver two employability programmes, both of which provide community-based 1-1 and group support combining employability training alongside developmental and outdoor/environmental activities: - CashBack Green Futures which is for 16-25 year olds living in the Greater Glasgow and Edinburgh areas - Forward for Families which is for parents living in Fife Both programmes support individuals to work on core employability skills such as CV writing, interview techniques, IT skills, and also giving them the opportunity to complete accredited SQA and other qualifications - while also making use of the outdoors to help build on other core life skills such as self-confidence. Note: Venture Trust does not currently work with registered sex offenders or those subject to Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA).
